  • You are 60 years old or older
  • You are scheduled for a lung surgery (lobectomy, segmentectomy, or wedge resection) using thoracoscopy
  • Your health status is classified as ASA I, II, or III
  • You can communicate and cooperate with the study team
  • You do not have serious heart conditions, ear infections or injuries, or neurological issues like stroke
  • You are not pregnant and do not have severe mental illness or drug addiction
