NK521 infusion for advanced cancer with fluid buildup

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with advanced cancer (relapsed or not responding to treatment) that has spread, with at least two prior lines of standard therapy that did not work
  • Your cancer has caused malignant ascites (fluid buildup in the belly) with cancer cells visible in that fluid
  • You have at least one measurable tumor visible on CT or MRI scans
  • You are able to perform light activities (ECOG performance status 0–2); your life expectancy is at least 3 months
  • Any side effects from previous cancer treatments have cleared to mild levels (Grade 1 or less), except hair loss and fatigue
  • You do not have active cancer in the brain, other cancers in the past 3 years, untreated autoimmune disease, HIV, or severe heart disease
