Who can take part
- You must be a woman aged 18 or older with breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your cancer must be triple-negative (ER and PR less than 10%, HER2-negative) and PD-L1 positive (CPS >= 1).
- You must not have received any prior treatment for advanced breast cancer.
- You must be in good enough health to do everyday activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and have normal organ function (kidney, liver, heart, blood cells).
- You cannot have cancer that has spread to your brain, active autoimmune disease, or a history of certain lung problems.
