Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 35 years old.
- You have done resistance training for at least 3 months sometime in the last 5 years.
- You are not currently doing chest press exercises at least once per week.
- You do not have any shoulder, elbow, or wrist injuries that make weight training painful.
- You do not have uncontrolled heart or blood vessel problems.
- If you are a woman, you are not pregnant and do not plan to become pregnant in the next 2 months.
