Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) by a thoracic surgeon.
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have had pain for more than 6 months.
- You have not had any spinal or chest surgery.
- You have no severe health problems like major nerve, muscle, heart, or lung diseases, diabetes, or cancer.
- You are not severely obese (BMI under 40).
