Who can take part
- Be between 2 and 18 years old
- Have IgA nephropathy confirmed by a kidney biopsy
- Have protein in your urine despite taking standard blood pressure medications for at least 4 months
- Weigh at least 35 kg (for one part of the study)
- Must have certain vaccines (against meningitis and pneumonia) before starting treatment
