  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are getting a new kidney from a living donor.
  • You do not have delayed gastric emptying (slow stomach emptying).
  • You do not have severe type 1 diabetes.
  • You are not allergic to any of the medicines used in the recovery plan.
  • You are not pregnant.
