Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your tumor must be measurable on scans.
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • If you have ovarian cancer with a specific gene change called CCNE1 amplification, you may be eligible for a specific part of the study.
