Who can take part

  • You must have been diagnosed with insomnia by a doctor.
  • You cannot have a major mental illness like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe depression, dementia, or sleep disorders like apnea or restless legs.
  • You cannot have a major physical illness that disrupts sleep.
  • You must not have a history of alcohol or drug abuse.
  • You must not have organic psychosis (a brain-related condition causing severe mental symptoms).
