Who can take part

  • Cancer has advanced or spread, and either stopped responding to at least one prior treatment or you couldn't tolerate standard therapies
  • For breast cancer: your cancer is hormone-receptor positive (ER+) and not HER2 positive
  • Good overall health and able to take oral medication by mouth
  • Normal or near-normal kidney, liver, and bone marrow function
  • Expected to live longer than 3 months
  • No active brain tumors or untreated cancer spread to the brain
