Lattice radiation therapy for large tumors

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a confirmed cancer diagnosis (from a biopsy or other tissue test).
  • Your cancer must be advanced or locally advanced, meaning it cannot be treated with curative intent.
  • You need to have at least one tumor outside the brain that measures 4.5 cm or larger in any direction.
  • You must be in reasonably good health (performance status 0-2 on the ECOG scale, meaning you can do most daily activities).
  • If you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test before starting treatment and use effective birth control during and for 30 days after treatment.
