If you have up to 5 growing tumors and at least one measures 4.5 cm or larger, this study might be an option.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have NSCLC that has been confirmed and has spread to up to 5 places that are now growing
- You have had at least one previous cancer treatment (chemo, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy) and it stopped working
- At least one growing tumor is 4.5 cm or larger and has not been treated with radiation in the past 6 months
- Your blood counts and organ function are adequate (your doctor will check)
- No new or growing brain metastases, and any prior brain radiation was completed and stable
