  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are an undergraduate student at Universidad de los Andes in Chile.
  • You can read and speak Spanish.
  • You have had thoughts about suicide in the past month, but not a plan or attempt (the study will ask specific questions to check).
  • You do not have a severe untreated mental health condition or a recent hospital stay for mental health.
