Who can take part
- You are 18 to 70 years old.
- Your kidney function (GFR) is mildly to moderately reduced (between 30 and 89).
- Your kidney function has been stable for at least 3 months.
- You are not taking any medications that might interfere with the study drug, and you can keep a stable dose of your current medicines.
- You do not have liver problems (liver tests less than 1.5 times normal).
- You have not had a kidney transplant.
