This study looks at how a common prostate cancer drug (abiraterone) affects how the body processes a painkiller (oxycodone). Men with prostate cancer who take abiraterone will be compared with those who do not, to see if the painkiller works differently.

Who can take part
- You are a man 18 or older with prostate cancer.
- You either are currently taking abiraterone for at least 10 days, OR you are not taking it at all (you'll be assigned to one group).
- You cannot have taken any opioid painkillers in the 2 weeks before the study day.
- You must not have severe liver or kidney problems, or certain lung conditions (asthma, COPD).
- Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18 and 30.
