Testing a mosquito-free school program to prevent dengue

This trial is testing whether a "Mosquito-Free Campus" program can help prevent dengue fever in schools. The program will be set up in primary and middle schools in certain areas of Guangzhou and Foshan cities. If your school is in one of these areas and is willing to take part, this study could show how to keep students safe from dengue.

Who can take part

  • Your child must be a student in primary or middle school, between 6 and 15 years old.
  • The school must be located in Yuexiu District or Baiyun District of Guangzhou, or Nanhai District of Foshan.
  • The school should have the facilities and staff to help with dengue prevention activities.
  • The school must agree to follow the program steps and provide information about students and the school.
  • Your school must be ready to share health data before and after the program starts.
