Who can take part

  • You must have metastatic prostate cancer that is still growing despite low testosterone levels (castration-resistant).
  • You must have had at least 12 weeks of a newer antiandrogen drug (like enzalutamide, apalutamide, or darolutamide) and your cancer progressed during that treatment.
  • Your PSA level must be 10 or higher.
  • You must be able to swallow pills and be willing to have biopsies before and during treatment (for phase 1).
  • You must not have a history of seizures, uncontrolled heart problems, or certain other serious health conditions.
