Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older and have invasive triple-negative breast cancer (ER-, PR-, and HER2-negative).
- You’re planning curative breast surgery after at least 6 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
- After chemotherapy, scans must show a measurable remaining tumor that can be targeted for marker placement and repeat biopsies.
- Your health and strength for treatment are good enough (ECOG 0–1) and you can complete at least 2 weeks of pre-surgery trial treatment.
- You must be willing to have a baseline biopsy right before/at the start window and another biopsy on Day 14; if biopsies are unsafe, you can’t join.
- You must not have cancer spread to distant organs (metastatic disease), and you must have no recent second cancer (with limited exceptions).
