Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and have a good performance status (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your breast cancer is HER2-negative and advanced (locally advanced or metastatic), and it is either hormone-receptor positive or triple-negative.
  • You have received 2 to 4 prior treatments for advanced disease.
  • Your tumor has a positive test for homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) or you have a harmful BRCA gene mutation.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor, adequate organ function, and a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
