Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have mild to severe depressive symptoms (like feeling sad, hopeless, or losing interest).
  • You have not been diagnosed with cancer in the last 5 years.
  • You do not have a muscle degenerative disease (such as muscular dystrophy or ALS).
  • You are able to do basic physical tests, like walking or light exercise.
