Who can take part
- You are 60 years or older.
- You have type 2 diabetes.
- You take at least two different oral diabetes medications and have been on the same types for the past 3 months.
- Your most recent A1c level was between 7.5% and 10%.
- You own a smartphone that works with a continuous glucose monitor.
- You have not used insulin or a GLP-1 agonist in the past 3 months.
- You have not used any continuous glucose monitor in the past 3 months.
