Who can take part
- You are age 65 or older.
- Your hemoglobin A1c is between 5.3% and 7.4%, and you do not have a diabetes diagnosis or diabetes treatment history.
- You have had at least 5 A1c tests and 3 complete blood counts (CBC) in the last 10 years.
- You are willing to wear a glucose sensor (Freestyle Libre 3) for up to 48 days.
- You are willing to share your electronic health record data and sign a release to get medical records from other facilities.
