Who can take part

  • You must have colorectal cancer confirmed by a biopsy or other tissue test.
  • Your tumor must have a specific gene change called BRAF V600E, found through genetic testing.
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You cannot have had more than two previous types of systemic cancer treatment (like chemotherapy or targeted therapy).
  • You cannot have serious heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, bleeding in the brain, or serious lung disease.
