Who can take part

  • You’re age 18 or older and can give consent for your medical data to be used anonymously
  • Your metastatic (spread) colon or rectal cancer tests positive for the BRAF V600E mutation
  • You have already tried systemic (whole-body) treatments before and are now starting encorafenib plus cetuximab
  • You have had 2 or fewer prior cancer treatment lines for metastatic disease (special counting rules may apply)
  • You have not taken a prior drug class called RAF inhibitors or MEK inhibitors
  • You are not in another interventional clinical trial and are not treated with medicines for a different cancer
