Who can take part

  • You must have been diagnosed with cataracts (any stage).
  • You need to be planning to get cataract treatment.
  • You cannot have an active eye infection or injury.
  • You must be able to keep your eyes still during the exam (no severe nystagmus).
  • You cannot have had any previous eye surgery.
  • You are not eligible if you need a toric lens that requires ink marking on your eye.
