Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed CALR gene mutation (tested by a local lab).
  • You must have myelofibrosis (MF) or essential thrombocythemia (ET).
  • You need to be willing to have bone marrow biopsies and blood draws regularly.
  • You must not have had any major bleeding or blood clot in the last 3 months.
  • You cannot have had a stem cell transplant or plan to have one.
  • You must not have had other cancer treatments (except ruxolitinib) in the last 28 days.
