Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You need to have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 to 30 with at least one weight-related health issue like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, or sleep apnea.
- Your weight should have been stable (within 5%) for the past 3 months.
- You must have tried to lose weight through dieting before but not been successful long-term.
- You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (all recommended doses of a recognized vaccine, or recovered from COVID-19 plus at least one vaccine dose).
- You cannot have had weight-loss surgery or certain stomach procedures, or have certain medical conditions like severe kidney disease, heart problems, or active pancreatitis.
