Who can take part

  • You are over 50 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis.
  • Your knee osteoarthritis is at a moderate to severe stage (grade 2-4).
  • You are willing to try balneotherapy (mineral baths) as a treatment.
  • You do not have serious health conditions like cancer, active infection, or uncontrolled heart/lung problems.
  • You have not had a total knee replacement, recent knee injections, or take certain strong anti-inflammatory medications.
  • Your BMI (body mass index) is 30 or less.
