Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have been diagnosed with lupus for at least 24 weeks and have moderate to severe disease activity.
- You must have a positive test for certain lupus-related antibodies (anti-dsDNA, ANA, or anti-Smith).
- You must be on stable lupus treatments before joining.
- You cannot have had certain other treatments recently, like B-cell depleting drugs or TNF inhibitors.
- You cannot have active infections, certain heart conditions, or a history of cancer in the last 5 years.
