Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with one of the following that has not improved with standard treatments: lupus, Sjögren's syndrome, systemic sclerosis, inflammatory myopathy, vasculitis, or antiphospholipid syndrome.
  • Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function are within the study's limits.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use birth control for at least 12 months after treatment.
  • You do not have a current serious infection, recent cancer, or certain heart or blood clotting issues.
  • You are willing to stop other autoimmune medications for a period before starting this trial.
