Who can take part

  • You are an athlete who plays a competitive sport that involves pivoting (like soccer, basketball, tennis, or skiing).
  • Your knees are healthy — no past injuries to ligaments, meniscus, cartilage, or bones in the knee.
  • You have no current knee pain, stiffness, or instability.
  • You have never had knee surgery (including ligament reconstruction).
  • You are 15 years old or older.
  • You do not have any medical condition that affects your muscles or bones.
