Who can take part

  • You are an athlete training in a high-level sports program
  • You are between 14 and 25 years old
  • You regularly play a pivot-contact sport like rugby, soccer, or handball
  • You have not had a lower limb injury or concussion in the past 6 weeks
  • You do not have a known neurological or balance disorder
  • You (or your legal guardian) can agree to take part in the study
