Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 85 years old.
  • You had a confirmed stroke within the last 5 years.
  • You still have weakness or loss of function on one side of your body because of your stroke.
  • You are able to walk (not fully dependent on a wheelchair).
  • You do not have a diagnosis of dementia or cognitive impairment.
  • You have not had cancer in the last 2 years and do not have severe lung, heart, or metabolic conditions.
