Who can take part

  • You are between 45 and 85 years old.
  • You have knee osteoarthritis (mild to moderate, confirmed by a doctor and x-ray).
  • You have had knee pain for 3 months or more.
  • You can use an elliptical machine for 6 minutes on your own.
  • You have not had knee surgery, injections, or a major knee injury in the past year.
  • You have not had a knee or hip replacement.
