Who can take part

  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (a common type of lung cancer).
  • You completed 4-6 cycles of first-line chemo plus immunotherapy, and a PET-CT scan shows you have no more than 5 remaining spots in up to 3 organs.
  • All remaining spots can be safely treated with radiation, and you can tolerate the procedure (for example, lying still).
  • You must be at least 18 years old, able to care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1), and expected to live at least 3 more months.
  • Your blood counts and organ function are within acceptable ranges (checked by blood tests).
  • You do not have certain gene mutations (like EGFR or ALK) that would be treated with targeted pills instead.
