Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have an aggressive neuroendocrine cancer (poorly differentiated, grade 3) that is not in the lung, and it has spread or cannot be removed by surgery
  • You have already tried at least one standard chemotherapy, and it stopped working, or your cancer came back within 6 months of finishing treatment
  • You have not been treated with irinotecan before
  • You are generally able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1)
