Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a high-grade neuroendocrine tumor (G3) or neuroendocrine carcinoma in the pancreas or digestive tract, confirmed by biopsy.
  • You have not had previous treatment for this cancer, or you have but it was not systemic (like localized therapy only).
  • You have at least one tumor that is measurable on a CT scan (at least 1 cm in the longest diameter).
  • Your overall health is good enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score of 0-2).
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function meet specified minimum levels.
