Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread beyond the lung)
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after at least 6 months of first-line treatment that included platinum chemotherapy (like carboplatin or cisplatin)
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan
  • You are in generally good health, with a performance status score of 0-2 (meaning you are up and active most of the day)
  • You have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell counts as shown by recent lab tests
