  • You are a first-time mother (never given birth before)
  • You are between 20 and 26 weeks pregnant
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You do not have any serious pregnancy complications (like diabetes, high blood pressure, or growth problems)
  • You can communicate without difficulty (hearing, vision, speaking, and thinking clearly)
