  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • Your BMI is between 18 and 30.
  • You are generally healthy, with no serious medical conditions.
  • You have not had a Klebsiella infection before.
  • You are not pregnant and use effective birth control if needed.
  • You have not received any other vaccines in the past month.
  • You have no vaccine allergies or immune system problems.
