  • You are a male high school football player between 16 and 18 years old.
  • You have not done any structured neuromuscular warm-up training in the past year.
  • You are physically healthy and can complete all tests and training sessions.
  • You agree to take part in all assessments and training, and you understand what the study involves.
  • You have not had a serious knee, ankle, or hip injury in the past year.
  • You do not have any health conditions or take medications that would affect your performance or ability to participate.
