Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have early-stage triple negative breast cancer (ER and PR less than 10%, HER2 negative) that is high-risk.
- Your tumor is at least 1 centimeter or has spread to nearby lymph nodes.
- You are planning to receive chemotherapy and an immune checkpoint inhibitor before surgery as standard care.
- Your overall health is good (able to do most daily activities) and your organ function is adequate.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective contraception if needed.
