A study of elsunersen for children with SCN2A-related epilepsy

Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed change (called a gain-of-function variant) in the SCN2A gene.
  • Your seizures must have started before you were 3 months old.
  • You must have at least 4 countable motor seizures in a 28-day period before the study starts.
  • You cannot have any other known genetic changes that could explain your epilepsy.
  • You must not have used any experimental drugs, devices, or gene therapy in the last 30 days or 5 half-lives (whichever is longer).
  • If you can become pregnant, you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must not plan to become pregnant during the trial.
