This trial uses a blood test (ctDNA) to guide treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or not responded to one prior treatment. You would receive a combination of drugs (pembrolizumab, gemcitabine, vinorelbine, and liposomal doxorubicin) to see if it works better.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have a type of lymphoma called classic Hodgkin lymphoma.
  • Your lymphoma came back or didn't get better after only one past chemotherapy treatment (which included doxorubicin).
  • You have at least one spot of lymphoma that shows up on a PET/CT scan and is big enough to measure (see description).
  • You have not had a stem cell transplant before.
