  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You received a kidney transplant at least 6 months ago
  • Your kidney function is stable (eGFR at least 30)
  • You haven't had any transplant rejection in the last 6 months
  • You have been on the same anti-rejection medicines for at least 3 months
  • You are willing to give stool, urine, and blood samples at certain times
