Study of HMPL-306 for brain tumors with IDH mutations

Who can take part

  • You have a glioma brain tumor with an IDH1 or IDH2 gene mutation.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have not received any previous IDH inhibitor treatment.
  • You are able to perform daily activities with minimal help (KPS score 80% or higher).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
