Study of HMPL-306 for AML with IDH1 or IDH2 mutations

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your AML must be relapsed or refractory (not improved or returned after treatment).
  • Your leukemia must have a mutation in the IDH1 or IDH2 gene.
  • You must be able to have a bone marrow sample taken before and during treatment.
  • You cannot have had treatment with a previous IDH1 or IDH2 inhibitor drug.
  • You must have adequate organ function (liver and kidneys working well enough).
