Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your AML must be relapsed or refractory (not improved or returned after treatment).
- Your leukemia must have a mutation in the IDH1 or IDH2 gene.
- You must be able to have a bone marrow sample taken before and during treatment.
- You cannot have had treatment with a previous IDH1 or IDH2 inhibitor drug.
- You must have adequate organ function (liver and kidneys working well enough).
