Who can take part
- You must have one of these specific sarcoma types: leiomyosarcoma, dedifferentiated liposarcoma, or undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (including myxofibrosarcoma).
- You cannot have had any chemotherapy or other systemic treatment for your advanced or metastatic sarcoma.
- Your cancer must be measurable on scans (like CT or MRI).
- You need to be in good physical condition (able to do daily activities, with minimal symptoms).
- Your heart, liver, kidneys, and blood counts must be within normal ranges.
- You must be willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after.
