Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage that can cause numbness, tingling, or weakness in your hands or feet).
  • You do not have other conditions that affect balance, like inner ear problems or Parkinson's disease.
  • You do not have severe pain (score above 3 out of 10) anywhere in your body.
  • You have not had bone or joint surgery in the last 6 months.
  • Your neuropathy medication has been stable (no changes) for the past 6 months.
