Who can take part
- You have Type 2 diabetes diagnosed for more than 10 years with a blood sugar control measure (HbA1c) of 6.5% or higher
- You have diabetic peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage causing numbness, tingling, burning, or shock-like pain in your feet and legs) confirmed by medical screening
- You are between 40 and 75 years old
- You can stand and walk on your own without help, though your balance may not be perfect
- You currently take diabetes medications like metformin or insulin
- You do not have recent foot surgery, injuries, amputations, active foot ulcers, or other conditions affecting balance (like stroke, vertigo, or blood clots)
